Terms of Service

By downloading, creating an account, or using VowDaily, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and VowDaily.

VowDaily is intended for users aged 17 and older. By using this app you confirm that you are at least 17 years of age. If you are under 17 you may not use VowDaily. We do not knowingly collect information from users under 17. If we discover that a user is under 17 we will terminate their account and delete their data immediately.

VowDaily is a faith-based companion app that provides daily prayers, actions, and reflections tailored to your spouse's love language. The app offers a free tier and a premium subscription with additional features including AI-personalized content, date night suggestions, check-in prompts, photo memory log, and advanced tracking.

• VowDaily Premium is available as a monthly or annual subscription with a 7-day free trial on the annual plan
• Payment is processed through Apple's App Store or Google Play Store
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device's store settings
• No refunds are issued for partial billing periods
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate information during registration
• You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts
• You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the app's Settings screen
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

You agree to use VowDaily for its intended purpose — strengthening your marriage through daily prayer and intentional action. You may not use the app to:

• Harass, harm, or deceive others
• Upload content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes on third party rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the app
• Use the service for any commercial purpose without our written consent
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law

Premium content is generated by artificial intelligence models through OpenRouter. In compliance with FTC guidelines, all AI-generated content is clearly labeled as such within the app at the point of display.

You own the content you create in VowDaily including check-in notes, reflections, and custom date night ideas. By submitting content to VowDaily you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the VowDaily service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it for any other purpose.

VowDaily and all of its content, features, functionality, design, code, and branding are owned by VowDaily and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any part of VowDaily without our express written permission. The VowDaily name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of VowDaily.

VowDaily respects intellectual property rights. If you believe any content on our platform infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent at support@vowdaily.app including:

• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• The location of the allegedly infringing material within VowDaily
• Your contact information including name, address, and email
• A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

We will respond promptly to valid DMCA notices and remove infringing content where appropriate. Our designated DMCA agent is registered with the United States Copyright Office.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time and without notice if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or use VowDaily in any way that could cause harm to other users or to VowDaily. You may also terminate your account at any time by deleting it from Settings. Upon termination all licenses granted to you will immediately cease and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

VowDaily is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VowDaily and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses including reasonable attorney's fees arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of VowDaily, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Nevada for any disputes that are not subject to arbitration.

All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Service shall be finally settled under the Rules of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce by one or more arbitrators appointed in accordance with the said Rules.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email before the changes take effect. Continued use of VowDaily after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms you must stop using VowDaily and delete your account.
